Delivery

Know Your Art will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Cancellation

If the order is cancelled, with 3 hours of placing the order, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return & Exchange

As Know Your Art is a paper product, we ensure the kits reach in the best way without any damage. However if the same has been destroyed in delivery, do write to us at info@knowyourart.in and we will replace the same. Do send a picture of the destroyed product along with the email.
