Shipping and Delivery Policy

This shipping and delivery policy (“Shipping and Delivery Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through the www.knowyourart.in website. This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the knowyourart website on which you made your purchase.

It typically takes one to two business days to process your order after your payment is received. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation to you, including tracking number(s) if provided by the shipper. The usual delivery time is between 5-7 days of dispatch pan India and 2 days within Mumbai.. We do not offer expedited delivery outside Mumbai. Same day delivery is possible in Mumbai by calling +91 9821086016 and is possible on confirmation only.

If the shipper provides Track & Trace functionality then this information will be e-mailed to you.

If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information of their visit, including a number to call. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time.

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of Order). We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. All major credit cards are accepted.

Free Shipping promotions shall be subject to promotional. Only 1 promo code may be used per purchase at checkout.

Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience and neither knowyourart nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate.

In no event will knowyourart or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.

Knowyourart will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
