A craft workshop was organized on 6th Feb, 2017 at the CSMVS Garden, Mumbai as part of the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival.

The children learnt about the master artist Henri Matisse and his technique of ‘Drawing with Scissors’. Between age 6-12 years we had 48 children attend the workshop. Using a pair of scissor the children recreated the famous collage “The fall of Icarus’ from the book of collages, Jazz, by Matisse. The children took home the collage of Icarus in flight along with a host of trivia on the artist.
